We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team and collaboratewith a supportive and innovative group of development and IT professionals dedicated to creatingtop-tier products. This role will serve as a critical player in upholding our commitment to excellenceby balancing business priorities and working with digital product development teams to share detailed information on business processes, needs, and digital product requirements.

Elicit requirements utilizing a variety of methods, including but not limited to: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, and task/workflow analysis ● Document requirements and supporting information, specifying an appropriate level of detail, inAtlassian Confluence and Epics, Tasks, Subtasks, and User Stories in Atlassian Jira ● Identify current- and future-state business processes; define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements ● Lead requirements analysis and verification efforts, ensuring deliverables are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible and unambiguous, while conforming to best practices and client’s standards ● Participate in agile ceremonials and related requirements prioritization efforts, facilitating thenegotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders ● Work with the product manager and business stakeholder(s) to document the product's vision, milestones, and scope ● Develop a deep understanding of the business domain and client’s digital products to providevaluable insights and make informed decisions ● Collaborate with, inform, and gather input from team members, stakeholders and leadershipinorder to mitigate risks and effectively inform relevant parties ● All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requisitos

Required Skills:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to apply those skills within a professional environment

● High attention to detail ● Ability to self-direct and apply critical thinking to problem solve as needed and appropriate

● Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

● Significant experience with agile methodologies

Desired Skills:

● 6-10 years of experience in business and requirements analysis

● Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence and related software products

● Desire and eagerness to learn
